Very, very good video. Finally a video which includes the menu version of the shortcuts. I don't use Photoshop enough to remember shortcut keys and, unless considerate videographers like yourself include the "Image>Adjustment>Black&White" or similar in other cases, shortcut key mentions confuse the flow. That's a compliment and it's really appreciated - not to mention the terrific example. This earns my "like" and "subscribe". Thank you.

Got to say thanks! I kept finding videos promoting icloud, and I'm like you..I love the mac but not a fan of icloud. I kept adding and deleting my desktop and was so frustrated, finally your steps helped sort it out. Thanks!

Can I just drag and drop my desktop and documents folders from iCloud to the desktop?

Jeeze. I click “turn off” and the blue tab turns it right back on again. I’ve researched for days before doing this and your video is the most clear. So thanks for that. Edited to say, I restarted the computer and it allowed to click off. But did not create a new folder on the desktop. I went to finder to choose download but how can I tell it’s downloading? The little cloud icon did change to the circle graph (clock looking icon) making me think it’s downloading but I have no idea how to tell if anything at all is happening. Aggravation is at a very high level.

I have not activated the Desktop and Documents option in iCloud Drive to save space in iCloud Drive. Can I now copy 1 spreadsheet from my local hard drive to iCloud Drive instead of moving it so that this file remains on the local hard drive and also in iCloud Drive? If this can be done will a change in the spreadsheet I make on the local hard drive also be synced to icloud Drive????? I have tried but the change is not synced!!!! Thanks for help!!!

Very helpful. It's infuriating that now I have to download all of those files off of iCloud and back onto my computer. And that warning message really is made to get people to pay for iCloud storage. I use Acronis for all my backups.
